Food without Poison - Global Challenges and Sustainable Solutions

Our ICC researcher Claudia Kolm will give a short lecture on the topic of faecal pollution.

At the Wiener Vorlesungen on 14 April 2022, 7 p.m., at the Vienna City Hall, the impact of globalisation and climate change on food and nutrition security will be discussed and the latest research results on improved risk assessment and sustainable reduction of toxins in our food and animal feed through biocontrol and resistance breeding will be explained.

 

Our ICC young researcher, Dipl.-Ing. Dr. Claudia Kolm, will give a short lecture on "Water - faecal pollution and microbial source tracking by PCR".
